May First Friday Explores the ‘Outdoor Adventure’ in Bentonville

News

BENTONVILLE, AR - May 3rd, First Friday Presented by Walmart returns for its second block party of the year on the Bentonville Square.  As always this event is free family fun that is both pet and bike-friendly.

Our May theme is ‘Outdoor Adventure’.  NWA is known for its outdoor experiences and ‘Outdoor Adventure’ at First Friday will bring the gear, the clothes, the guides, and everything in between to downtown Bentonville.

Great ready for something sweet as Splenda joins us as our monthly sponsor.  What would an outdoor adventure be without some good lemonade? Splenda is mixing up some amazing sugar-free drinks, and will also have photo ops and Splenda Shakes!!

Additionally, Ozark Trail is joining First Friday — a brand exclusive to Walmart focused on all things outdoors. Ozark Trail will showcase a brand new line of camping gear including chairs, drinkware, and even a few tents on the square.

First Friday will begin with ‘Lunch on the Square’ at 11:00 am.  From noon to 1 pm, enjoy free Yoga on the Square with Yoga Story NWA. Don’t forget to bring your own mat and plenty of water. First Friday vendor and sponsor booths, as well as activities, will officially open at 3:00 pm.

The Mainstage sponsored by Slim Chickens will turn up the volume starting at 5 pm.
